Very first pressing released on orange Dawn labels in a gatefold cover. An additional tri-fold poster was included.
Later pressings have lilac (second pressing) or ''sunrise'' (third pressing) labels.

On the labels the main title appears as ''H.M.S. Donovan''.

D1 appears as "In An Old-Fashioned Picture Book" on cover, but as "In An Old Fashioned Picture Book" on label.
