Eel Creek Vinyl is an independent record store based in the Taranaki region of New Zealand, specialising in rare and collectable vinyl pressings — with a particular love for original local NZ pressings and limited international editions.
Every record in our catalogue has been personally sourced and inspected. We're not a warehouse operation — we're collectors ourselves, and we only list records we'd be proud to own.
What we sell
Our stock spans classic rock, alternative, and everything in between — from original 1965 UK mono releases, early 80s New Zealand pressings that rarely surface, through to rare limited edition releases of today. Each listing includes pressing details, condition notes, and anything else a serious collector needs to know before buying.
Condition & grading
We grade all records honestly using the Goldmine standard. If something has a flaw worth knowing about, it'll be in the listing. We'd rather lose a sale than disappoint a buyer. We will gladly by back any record we sell (conditions apply)
